About Our Owner

The owner of 541 Cooling & Heating, Brian Hughes, has over 30 of experience in the cooling, heating, and refrigeration trade. He has worked for some great companies and is always looking for the next level.

Brian ran construction crews and service departments for some of the elite companies in Oregon. He spent the last 6 years at the Medford, OR branch of the world's largest refrigeration and HVAC company.

Brian was also a technical trainer for this company working in the training center in Southern California. He has spent thousands of hours training technicians that service refrigeration and HVAC across the United States.

In January 2020, he was ready for a change to get back to his true values, working 1-on-1 with customers that need their systems to work and not to be told they can't be repaired because there is no alternative. He believes that there are always a couple of options to make things work for the budget. Brian will suggest a temporary repair until you decide to replace it.
